Julian advises private equity and corporate clients on value creation and multinational transformation programs.
With more than 10 years of consulting and industry experience, he provides readily implementable strategic consulting and hands-on execution guidance in challenging situations. He specializes in performance improvement, operating model design, post-merger integration and commercial excellence. Julian also serves in interim transformation roles, driving sustainable EBITDA impact and organizational change together with client management.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Julian worked at a European consulting boutique, advising private equity investors in identifying value creation opportunities and delivering performance improvement throughout the investment cycle. He holds a masters degree in International Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School and UCD Smurfit Business School, Dublin.
