Diane brings over three decades of expertise in Aerospace, Defense, Space, and Security — working across the industry and at the interface between the industry and the military. Recognized for her adept handling of large-scale transformation programs, she offers strategic counsel in strategy formulation, procurement, operating model design, cultural change, and program turnaround.
Her competencies span Capabilities Driven Strategy, transformation program execution, strategic sourcing, cost reduction, supply chain optimization, and change management.
Before joining AlixPartners, Diane began her journey at Booz & Company in 2007, Diane led as ADS Advisory Leader for the UK and EMEA at PwC post-acquisition. Prior, she held roles at the UK MOD, notably managing a £2.3Bn PPP project and serving as Deputy Director Business Delivery.
Diane holds a BSc (Hons) in Natural Environmental Science, an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, and a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors. Her academic pursuits include postgraduate diplomas in Marketing, Pollution Control Engineering, and Contaminated Land Remediation and Assessment. She recently completed the Leading Sustainable Corporations Programme at Oxford University and is pursuing a postgraduate qualification in executive coaching.
