The plaintiff alleged that pixel trackers, cookies, and other ad analytics tools were used to collect and share sensitive personal and health information with social media platforms. Our team of forensic experts worked with the client to independently test their customer-facing web pages, and the marketing technology tools being used on them to quickly assess the merits of the claims and to provide expert opinions in support of the client’s defense.
