Building on the success of our annual AlixPartners Disruption Index, we partnered for the first time with an exclusive semiconductor association, ISIG, to capture a deeper level of semiconductor disruption insights from nearly 400 senior industry leaders across 12 global ISIG events.

Our survey captured leaders’ perspectives on the challenges shaping the semiconductor ecosystem today—from geopolitics and tariffs to AI infrastructure, manufacturing expansion, supply chain resilience, and investment priorities. We’ve now collated our findings into the first ISIG x AlixPartners Semiconductor Disruption Report.
