Corporate Services - People London

At AlixPartners we solve the most complex and critical challenges by moving quickly from analysis to action when it really matters; creating value that has a lasting impact on companies, their people, and the communities they serve. We prize diversity and inclusion, the intellectually curious, the inventive, and the forward-thinking. We invite you to influence the way we work, and define the way we embrace tomorrow.

What you’ll do

The UK Talent Acquisition team requires a dedicated project coordinator to support with a range of tasks, including Applicant Tracking System (ATS) management, candidate interview/assessment scheduling, day-to-day administration and supporting the recruitment lead with any ad-hoc tasks.

Our environment is high-touch, fast-paced and proactive, therefore you will have the confidence to make decisions independently, yet also know when consultation is necessary. Proactivity in anticipating and flagging problems, suggesting solutions and more efficient ways of working, and willingness to support all other team members would be highly valuable.

Flexibility is key; you must be committed to the regular tasks that you will autonomously handle – ATS maintenance, document scanning and saving, electronic filing system maintenance, – combined with an enthusiasm to take on challenging ad hoc projects as they arise. An interest in recruitment itself would be advantageous, as the team explores new routes of attracting the right candidates.

You will be required to work with colleagues across the business on a variety of tasks, including: promptly sending candidate assessment documents and details to the Assessments team in the USA; scheduling interviews and calls with candidates and the business; supporting team members with report production and analysis, and data collection and management and assisting the People Operations and People Business Partnering teams with the onboarding process.
