Prioritizing our people during the pandemic
Early on, the firm recognized the importance of managing the pandemic and formed a Business Continuity Team comprised of leadership representing various areas of the firm. The team is tasked with handling, addressing, and implementing all new policies and guidelines to ensure the safety of our clients and employees and adapt to changing conditions.
As a result, AlixPartners implemented new technologies to enable remote working, supported flexible working hours and has created additional paid-time-off allowance to help our people balance work and personal needs. We continue to survey our employees regularly throughout the pandemic, to gauge their needs and ensure they have the support they need now, and for whatever the "new normal" will look like.
As we shifted to remote working, we continued to recruit virtually, bringing in 100% of our summer intern cohort and taking candidates through our hiring process from application to on-boarding.
