What you’ll do

Our Digital Solutions experts work within integrated teams from performance improvement to turnaround and restructuring; meaning the jobs we do cover the gamut of every layer of business. Along with this, our seasoned professionals are recognized as leaders in their respective fields, using their skills and experience to create measurably improved outcomes for our clients. In this challenging role, you will be responsible for using your new-age analytics skillset to drive both revenue and cost improvements in ‘high stakes’ situations.

Specifically, you will build predictive and prescriptive models and be challenged to then present the business case for the value of these models to your client. Some examples of past work include predicting store performance and assortment optimization for retailers, pricing and promotion effectiveness, customer retention for telecoms, cross-selling opportunities for banks and hotel occupancy for the hospitality industry.

  • Bachelor's degree in applied mathematics, engineering, statistics, machine learning, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA or Master's degree in relevant studies is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience leading in advanced technologies including knowledge in a broad base of analytic tools and coding languages such as SQL, R, Python.
  • Capturing, cleaning & organizing large sets of data (1m records+)
  • Expertise in presentation layer such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • 5+ years of consulting experience within a professional services firm required.
  • Shop floor and manufacturing experience required.
  • PLC or USB connections experience preferred.
  • Analytical, adept at quickly defining, aligning, and scaling data modeling & management approach with the client needs. Ensures 80/20 approach to rapidly draw conclusions. Skilled and quickly identifying anomalies, inconsistencies, errors, and conclusions.
  • Experience with proposal development.
  • Generates growing demand for other firm resources in prospective and existing clients. Demonstrated ability to consistently extend work for him/herself and others team members on client projects. Identifies and cultivates new opportunities.
  • Consistent track record of successfully structuring and leading client engagements to desired results.
  • High energy style, flexible and adaptive, with the ability to work in highly dynamic and collaborative environment.
  • Ability to adapt to complex client environments while simultaneously communicating, motivating, and leading change at executive levels within client.
  • Builds trust and confidence with executives at all levels.
  • Providing mentorship and coaching to peers as well as subordinates.
  • Master negotiator, proficient with complex/sophisticated negotiations.
  • Synthesizes information rapidly and applies good business judgement driving quickly to deep insights into possible solutions and impacts.
  • Superb written communication skills, self-directed with preparation of client ready document and presentation development.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%
