Every step of our recruiting process is intended for us to learn as much about you as we can. That includes your experiences, your technical skills, and your career aspirations, as well your passions, your perspectives, and your personal goals.
To make it easy for you, our Talent Acquisition team will review your application for all open roles, so you don't need to apply to multiple roles.
We will never ask for personal information outside of what is collected in our application form, and never via platforms such as LinkedIn, VIBER, Google Hangouts or other instant messaging platforms.
Candidate guidelines for use of artificial intelligence
Here at AlixPartners we understand that technology is always changing and value candidates who are aware of, and thoughtfully use, technology resources at their disposal. However, with the rise of generative artificial intelligence (“GAI”) we sometimes encounter candidates that are unaware of the risks related to their use of GAI. So, we are providing you with a few guidelines to keep in mind before using GAI in connection with your application for employment and pre-hire process with AlixPartners:
- Regardless of whether you use GAI, you remain solely responsible for the information you submit to us, including all of its content and presentation, and will be held responsible for it. GAI may not always convey factual information correctly – some in the field call this “hallucination.” As just one example, if you use GAI to complete your employment application or resume, and GAI inserts a prior employment position or degree that you did not hold, or describes job responsibilities you did not have, AlixPartners will treat this as falsification. It does not matter that you gave the GAI instructions not to falsify or fabricate information. You are responsible for what you submit to us. Regardless of how you prepared the information (whether using GAI or not) make sure you confirm all information is fully accurate that you submit.
- We expect all of your representations about your knowledge and skills to be genuine reflections of your skills, knowledge, experience or abilities. If you use GAI tools, whether in written submissions, interviews, or otherwise, they cannot be used to give a false impression regarding your skills, knowledge, experience or abilities. If we hire you, we will fully expect that the candidate who was presented to us during the pre-hire process is the candidate that we are hiring, and if it is determined that you do not have the knowledge and abilities you claimed during the pre-hire process, you will be subject to prompt performance management and potentially termination of employment.
- We value candor, regardless of whether you use GAI. You should not submit work to us that is not your own. Using others’ work and submitting it as your own is not acceptable and does not demonstrate the qualities we value. This goes equally for GAI use; AlixPartners treats using GAI tools to generate responses to questions (such as interview questions) that are not your own as an act of dishonesty.
Partnering with search and recruitment firms
AlixPartners is always looking for senior and experienced talent to join our firm. We do not accept unsolicited applications from search firms or placement agencies, and in the absence of an agreement with us, there is no obligation on behalf of AlixPartners to pay any referral, placement or recruiter fee.
