Our internships provide hands-on learning and development opportunities that accelerate early career professionals' growth and launch careers.
We utilize an apprenticeship approach, where interns work side-by-side with industry experts, are provided opportunities to lead workstreams and contribute to high-impact projects and receive regular feedback and benefit from coaching and mentoring from a dedicated "Performance Partner."

EMEA internship opportunities
UK Performance and Technology summer MBA internship
Office: London

Target candidates: Current MBA students in the UK
Program description: Throughout this 8-week internship, interns embed with a client project team in our Performance and Technology group. By contributing to and owning impactful workstreams and client deliverables, interns learn how to be an AlixPartners consultant. The program also includes targeted trainings and networking opportunities, and each intern is assigned a Performance Partner that provides regular feedback and advice. Successful candidate will receive a fulltime offer following the completion of the program.

Business Intelligence Center summer internship
Office: London

Target candidates: Postgraduates with Masters' degrees
Program description: As a member of the Business Intelligence Center (BIC), interns will work closely with AlixPartners’ consulting staff to generate lead opportunities, manage pipelines, and provide company and industry research. The internship offers a dynamic learning environment where interns will practice core research and analysis skills by working together with consultants and business analysts. Following the completion of the internship, successful candidates may receive a full-time offer as a Business Analyst.
UK Turnaround and Restructuring summer internship

Target candidates: Undergrads entering their final years of university
Program description: In partnership with Generation Success and 10,000 Black interns, this 8-week internship with our TRS service line helps interns develop core consulting capabilities and gain exposure to financial restructuring projects. Interns support high-impact, business-critical work and receive top-level insight from our senior leaders and client interaction. Following the completion of the summer internship, successful candidates may receive a full-time offer as a Graduate Consultant.
France Performance and Technology consulting internship
Location: Paris
Application dates: Centrale students can apply in fall 2024 for a start date in May 2025. We accept applications from students at other schools on a rolling basis.
Internship timeline: Six-months
Target candidates: Undergraduate students
Internship description: Aligned with our Performance and Technology group, interns will work on approximately 1 to 2 client cases throughout the program. On these projects, interns will be given the opportunity to own their own workstreams and contribute to client project deliverables. Each intern will also be assigned a Performance Partner that will provide regular feedback and mentoring. Successful candidates will receive a fulltime offer following completion of the program.
DACH consulting internship
Offices: Düsseldorf, Munich, or Zurich
Application dates: Approximately September-October
Internship timeline: Rolling start dates throughout 2024.
Target candidates: Master degree holders that have previous consulting internship experience.
Program description: In this 10-12 week internship, participants will work on our Automotive and Industrials, Retail, or Risk Advisory teams depending on their interest and experience. Interns will work on impactful client projects and receive continuous mentoring and coaching throughout the program.
Italy consulting internship

Target candidates: MBA students at SBA Bocconi
Program description: Aligned with our Performance and Technology or Turnaround and Restructuring service line, interns will work on several client projects, including owning their own workstreams and making significant contributions to client deliverables. Successful candidates will receive a fulltime offer following successful completion of the program.
US Internship opportunities
US MBA summer internship
Office: Interns may live in any US location but must be able to travel to their project site weekly

Program description: Sitting in our Performance and Technology group, interns will embed with a client project team through the duration of 10-week program. Interns will receive coaching, mentoring, and ongoing feedback from senior leaders and develop their networks by participating in several social events. Successful candidates will receive a fulltime offer following the completion of the program.
Risk Analytics internship
Office: New York or Dallas
Application dates: January 8, 2024 – February 9, 2024

Target candidates: Master's students with a degree in business analytics, computer science or a related field and advanced SQL skills.
Program description: Interns will be a part of the team supporting a data-driven approach within a litigation environment. Interns will extract, organize, validate and analyze data from complex IT environments, generate and manage large, complex datasets and develop insights with precision and accuracy. Interns will primarily work in SQL, and have the opportunity to work alongside experts on client projects.
eDiscovery & Data Forensics internship
Office: New York, DC, or Dallas
Application dates: January 8, 2024 – February 9, 2024

Target candidates: Undergraduates with a major or concentration in computer science, management information systems, pre-law, or a related field.
Program description: In this rotational eDiscovery internship, interns will have the opportunity to learn about the eDiscovery lifecycle. As a part of the eDiscovery team, interns will find, compile, organize, categorize, and verify case-critical data across the eDiscovery process, including preservation, collection, processing, review, and production. They will utilize a range of industry standard software tools to perform custom solutions to client requirements, help advise clients on data collection and large-scale litigation cases, and collaboratively manage large data sets.
Economics Consulting internship
Office: New York or Boston

Target candidates: Undergraduates with a major or concentration in major/concentration in Economics or a related field
Program description: Interns will have the opportunity to work closely with our Economics consultants to provide support in litigation matters and expert testimony to clients facing litigation and regulatory scrutiny in the areas of competition and antitrust, securities and finance, intellectual property, and other complex commercial situations. Interns will conduct research into firm, industry, and marketplace behaviors, work with large data sets to provide insights, and help inform the design of advanced economic analyses.
