What you’ll do
The primary responsibility of this position is to support daily technical and operational needs related to electronic stored information that includes data loading, conversion, manipulation, quality assurance, tracking, reporting and management of client data. The position requires an ability to work in fast paced environment to meet critical client deadlines. The position requires flexibility to work nights and weekends. The Processing support role takes the data staged by the Forensic Team and prepares it for loading into Relativity for review. They follow the instructions and specifications provided the Project Manager. The team is also called upon to handle Client tasks in Relativity and other tools at the Project Manager’s request.
- Respond to and fulfill Project Manager requests regarding ingestion into processing, handling exceptions, ensuring specification QC is complete, exporting results to ECA/Review, and documentation and tracking of all activities.
- Liaise with ETS technical support team to troubleshoot processing, data transfer and hosting issues.
- Provide technical expertise and support for ad‐hoc requests as needed.
- Proactively follow‐up and seek clarification and guidance from the Project Manager or case Director if there are any areas of ambiguity or open questions regarding processing specifications.
- Fulfill all data processing tasks from loading, exceptions handling, through importing data into the review platform.
- Conduct thorough quality control review of processed data, and data loaded to review platform, and data overlays to ensure all is in-line with specifications before releasing to Project Manager.
- Address and resolve exceptions, both standard and non‐standard. On a project‐by‐project basis, seek guidance from the appropriate PM on whether non‐standard exceptions should be addressed and how to bill time. Provide PM with Exception reports as needed.
- Actively engage software vendors for support when troubleshooting issues.
- Proactively provide status updates to PM or other members of project team on progress of data processing or other review support tasks, expected completion dates/times, and any new issues which compromise original timelines.
- Escalate issues or anticipated issues through the proper channels immediately.

What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related
- Preferred 1 - 2 years of professional or consulting experience. In lieu of professional experience, internship experience or coursework that developed technical, analytical and general business skills preferred
- Ability to work 2nd shift from 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Central Time
- Prior professional experience in litigation support preferred
- Certifications or participation in trainings related to Reveal Discovery Manager (RDM), Relativity Administrator (RCA), MS Access and/or SQL
- Knowledge of any document review management application like Relativity, Concordance, Reveal, CasePoint, CSDisco and Everlaw
- Experience in technical writing
- Knowledge of data manipulation, data conversion and data analysis activities in SQL database
- Prior experience with scripting preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, entrepreneurial environment comprised of high achievers and high client expectations
- Strong project management skills including the ability to balance multiple tasks, self-prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness to work outside of normal U.S. business hours, and in particular as unique projects/needs arise.
- Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday
