The Senior Vice President will join a team of experienced professionals who have previously held senior Technology roles in large corporates

The depth of our colleagues’ experience enables us to exert a rapid and sustainable impact across the following areas:

  • Digital and Technology strategy development, operating model, capability and governance design
  • Product strategy and innovation, assisting our clients with the strategy and execution of increasing the digital capability of their products and services
  • IT cost reduction, IT outsourcing and end to end IT Transformation
  • IT platform/systems/infrastructure review, re-platforming, rationalization and consolidation activities
  • IT due diligence, carve-out, and merger integration planning and execution
  • IT crisis management, interim IT leadership roles, and project turnaround

What you’ll need 

  • 8–15 years of business experience
  • 2+ years of related consulting experience in a professional services firm environment preferred
  • Master's degree and/or MBA
  • Fluency in Italian and English is essential; knowledge of an additional language would be advantageous.
  • Successful track record of a minimum of ten years in the corporate technology practice of a top tier consulting organization, or in the IT organization of a large multinational group.
  • Experience delivering and/or leading projects such as: Digital & IT strategy, Digital and IT assessment, IT cost reduction, Turnaround of large broken project or IT organization, Company Separation (Carve-out) or integration (merger) projects, IT complexity reduction, Accelerated package implementation.
  • Experience with market ERP’s such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft.
  • Experience in implementation of digital / IT transformation programs or digital initiatives (e.g. e-commerce)
  • Operational consulting experience across industries including retail, manufacturing, consumer goods, automotive and other major industries.
  • Operational consulting experience in the following functional areas: supply chain and inventory management, purchasing, facility rationalization, asset productivity, overhead cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and overall operational restructuring.
  • Developed excellent knowledge of both Italian and international business and corporate environments, as well as intellectual flexibility to adapt to each particular client difference.
  • High-level interpersonal skills, very effective written and oral communicator.
  • Willing to roll up sleeves, ability to work independently and hard in a fast-moving, competitive environment. Team player, leadership, drive, persistence and conflict resolutions skills.  Keen sense of urgency. Autonomous
  • Strong, but flexible personality. Resilient, pro-active, quick, and versatile intelligence.  Creative and imaginative.  Non-conventional and non-hierarchical.  Impeccable professionalism and personal integrity.
  • Able to lead small projects and multiple work streams of larger projects.
  • Business developer mindset.
  • Assisting with firm building activities (e.g. recruiting) and with lead development and sales.
  • Developing skills and reputation for industry / business process expertise and developing knowledge capital.
  • Willingness to travel
  • Willingness to work outside of normal business hours, and in particular as unique projects/needs arise.
  • Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment
