NEW YORK (MAY 17, 2018) – AlixPartners, the global consulting firm, today announced that Donald J. Schneider joins as its Chief People Officer, a new position at the firm.
In this role, Don will lead AlixPartners’ global people functions, including recruitment, compensation, and talent management and development. He will be based in the New York office, serve on the firm’s Management Committee, and will report to the CEO.
Don has extensive experience in human resource leadership positions with international companies, most recently having served as Group Human Resources Director at Old Mutual plc in London. Prior to that he held a range of senior positions at Merrill Lynch & Co. and Morgan Stanley in London and New York.
He holds a master’s degree from the University of Warwick, a bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College, and a certificate in corporate governance from the Institut Européen d'Administration des Affaires (INSEAD).
