AlixPartners completes acquisition of Galt & Company

NEW YORK (January 3, 2022) - Further to the announcement of November 12, 2021, AlixPartners, the global consulting firm, today announced the completion of the acquisition of the business and assets of Galt & Company, which specializes in helping management teams achieve and sustain superior growth in shareholder value. The acquisition closed on December 31, 2021, with all Galt & Company team members joining AlixPartners.

With this acquisition, AlixPartners is launching a new service offering, Corporate Strategy & Transformation, which combines Galt & Company’s expertise in financial, strategic, and organizational improvement with AlixPartners’ deep industry and functional subject matter expertise.
