AlixPartners strengthens EMEA Financial Services offering with new senior hire

NEW YORK (April 15, 2021) – AlixPartners, the global consulting firm, announced today that Neil Reid has joined the firm as a Managing Director in its Financial Services practice. Neil, who will be based in the firm’s London office, will focus on developing and delivering business transformation strategies for the firm’s financial services clients in the UK and wider EMEA region.

Neil joins AlixPartners from Oliver Wyman, where he formerly led the EMEA Finance and Risk practice before subsequently leading the EMEA Financial Services practice and becoming the Managing Partner of the Qatar office. With over 25 years of experience, Neil has helped a wide range of public and private sector financial services clients across Europe and the Middle East to manage complex and high-profile periods of change. He has a DPhil in Physiological Sciences from Wolfson College, Oxford University, and a First-Class BA Honours degree in Physiological Sciences from Hertford College, Oxford University.
