AlixPartners strengthens European TMT practice with telecoms expert

AlixPartners' European TMT practice is strengthened with the addition of Klaus Hölbling as a managing director with a focus on telecoms, digital and high-tech clients in the Munich office.

(November 23, 2016) – AlixPartners, the global advisory firm, has today announced the appointment of Klaus Hölbling as a Managing Director in its TMT team, based in the firm’s Munich office. Klaus will focus on supporting the ongoing expansion of AlixPartners’ European TMT practice, with a focus on telecoms, digital and high-tech clients in Europe.

Klaus has more than 20 years’ senior consulting experience focused on the TMT and financial services sectors. He joins AlixPartners from Strategy& (former Booz&Co.), where he has spent the last 18 years advising leadership teams of global telecoms, digital and high-tech companies on strategy, transformation and operational issues. He has also considerable experience of working alongside distressed banks on restructuring and wind-down projects.
