NEW YORK (March 12, 2021)— AlixPartners, announced today that Devin Carter has joined the firm as the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Lead for the Americas.
In this role, Devin will help shape the firm’s efforts to be a best-in-class organization for inclusion. She will work closely with the Head of D&I, our business leaders, Centers of Excellence, and people business partners to attract, develop, and retain diverse employees in the Americas. Devin will also collaborate with the firm’s Leader of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support their continued growth. Devin will also join the AlixPartners’ D&I Center of Excellence (COE).
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Devin was instrumental in the development and implementation of the Associate recruiting and retention diversity strategies at law firm Baker McKenzie. Previously, she held leadership roles in recruiting and D&I at ZS Associates and McKinsey & Company. Devin received a BA degree from Spelman College in Atlanta.
