Brian Maloney and Luke Ericson recognized as Emerging Leaders

AlixPartners, the global advisory firm, is pleased to announce that The M&A Advisor has named Brian Maloney and Luke Ericson winners of the 8th Annual Emerging Leaders Awards. An award ceremony was held in New York on September 19, 2017.

Brian Maloney is a Director in AlixPartners’ Turnaround and Restructuring group. Throughout his career, Brian has worked closely with under-performing companies in a wide variety of corporate recovery situations. His experience, amassed over more than a decade, covers a multitude of critical proficiencies including cash flow forecasting, long-term financial modeling, business segment rationalization, restructuring scenario evaluation, coordination of financial due diligence, support for DIP and exit financing processes, and plan of reorganization implementation.

Luke Ericson is a Vice President in AlixPartners’ Turnaround and Restructuring group. He has experience advising a variety of stakeholders in distressed situations, having worked with companies, lenders, and other creditor constituencies in both negotiated and court-led restructurings processes. His past engagements cover a broad range of industries, in which he has worked closely with executive management to address strategic and operational challenges. Luke's core expertise includes business plan development, working capital management, and capital restructuring. He also has hands- on experience driving critical operational changes to deliver restructuring outcomes.
