AlixPartners deepens digital/automotive capabilities with new Managing Director Himanshu Khandelwal

NEW YORK (September 19, 2022) - AlixPartners, the global consulting firm, today announced that Himanshu Khandelwal has joined as a Managing Director in the firm’s Digital practice. He is based in Southfield, MI. Himanshu brings to AlixPartners a strong combination of experience in business and technology consulting, and the auto industry, specializing in digital & operational transformations, business development, and relationship management, for Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining AlixPartners, Himanshu held senior roles at consulting firms where he led digital (cloud, IoT, and analytics) transformational programs for data monetization, early warning systems, warranty operations, smart factory, field services through remote diagnostics, and connected and autonomous vehicle services. He developed commercialization strategies for IoT/Cloud business solutions, industry 4.0, and AI/Cognitive/mobility solutions, generating significant value creation for global automotive OEMs and industrial clients. Prior to consulting, Himanshu led engineering and product management activities at a global tier-1 automotive supplier that manufactures active and passive safety systems for automotive OEMs.

Himanshu received his MBA from the University of Michigan, MS in Mechanical Engineering degree from Wayne State University and BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Indore, India.
