Evidence exchange earns kCura’s Relativity Best in Service status for fourth consecutive year
New York-based Leader in Electronic Discovery Services Recognized for Technical Infrastructure, Customer Service and Product Expertise.
(January 26, 2015) – For the fourth consecutive year, Evidence Exchange LLC, an AlixPartners LLP Company, is pleased to announce that they have been recognized as a Relativity Best in Service partner by leading eDiscovery software developer kCura.
Through a voluntary audit, Relativity Best in Service partners demonstrate their expertise and experience hosting projects in Relativity, kCura’s eDiscovery software solution. kCura evaluates these partners’ individual data centers in three areas: technical infrastructure, customer service and product expertise. Additionally, Best in Service partners meet a set of requirements for their duration as a hosting partner, size of Relativity installations and core Relativity certifications. kCura audited the quality of Evidence Exchange’s SSAE16 SOC2/SOC3 data center environment in Dallas, Texas.
“Being recognized by kCura for a fourth consecutive year is the perfect culmination to an exciting evolutionary period for our company,” said Michael Prounis, Managing Director of Evidence Exchange. “Our recent acquisition by AlixPartners has provided us with an expanded global footprint and access to a broad suite of information-governance services solutions important to corporations and litigators, including data analytics, cyber security, computer forensics and information-life-cycle management.
“This Best in Service designation assures our existing customer base, as well as our emerging opportunities, of our continued commitment to providing the most efficient and cost-effective eDiscovery experience possible. Coupled with our patented technologies, proprietary workflows and sterling reputation, joining forces with AlixPartners while simultaneously achieving kCura’s Best in Service status positions Evidence Exchange in an elite class.”
“It’s exciting to recognize Evidence Exchange as a Best in Service partner,” said Andrew Sieja, president and CEO of kCura. “They’ve dedicated a great deal of time and effort to ensuring an awesome Relativity experience for their customers.”
Evidence Exchange adds the Relativity Best in Service award to eight individual-level certifications (i.e. Relativity Certified Administrators and Sales Professionals) received by staff members for their expertise with the software. For the previous three years, Evidence Exchange achieved both Best in Service ranking and reseller status with kCura, and continues to integrate Relativity Analytics into its standard Relativity offering. Prounis further notes, “We continue to believe that Relativity offers our clients the best platform available for delivering modern productivity tools and innovative search technologies. Our Hybrid Analytics approach allows our clients to achieve increased productivity in the face of ever-increasing challenges. Given that sentiment, the Best in Service award is particularly gratifying to our organization.”
