AlixPartners strengthens EMEA Financial Services practice with Managing Director Jochen Peppel
NEW YORK (January 6, 2021) - AlixPartners, the global consulting firm, today announced that Jochen Peppel has joined its Financial Services practice. Jochen is based in Düsseldorf and brings extensive risk and compliance experience to the firm’s Financial Services practice.
Over the past 20 years, Jochen has held various leadership positions advising institutions in the European Financial Services sector and leading teams to deliver high-impact change initiatives. He specializes in helping large financial institutions assess and quantify their potential risk exposure and quickly implement operational processes to manage risks and compliance. Jochen joins AlixPartners from Oliver Wyman, where he was a partner in the Financial Services practice, managing senior client relationships for major public and private sector Financial Services clients across Europe.
Jochen received an Engineering degree with the highest distinction from the University of Karlsruhe and is accredited with a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) Certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
