Chris has more than 20 years of consulting and industry experience. He is the global co-leader of AlixPartners’ Operating Model & Organizational Transformation practice and a leader in delivering artificial-intelligence-enabled solutions to the firm’s clients. On top of this, Chris co-leads AlixPartners’ Office of the CFO solution.
His approach to organizational optimization combines rigorous analytics and deep experience with empathy and active listening to deliver solutions tailored to clients’ needs. Over his 13+ years at AlixPartners, Chris has worked across all industries in which the firm operates, giving him a distinctive cross-industry perspective on how core functions operate and scale. This pattern recognition enables him to import proven ideas and innovative practices that fit each client’s operating reality.
Chris holds an MBA in finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
