Craig is an highly experienced M&A advisor, with a particular focus on providing strategic M&A and fund raising advice to clients in the Consumer, F&B, Travel, Hospitality and Leisure sectors.
Throughout his career, he has advised multiple boards, private equity investors and other financial stakeholders in a variety of situations, including raising capital, preparing for sale and building business plans.
Craig’s recent transactions include leading sales processes for founder owned business, such as the merger of Cirrus Inns and Liberation Group and the sale of 200° Coffee to The Nero Group.
Craig also has significant private equity experience including leading Pho’s off-market secondary buyout to TriSpan Rising Stars, leading Big Table Group’s sale to specialist investor Epiris and the sale of Zoggs to Risk Capital, and raising growth capital for Wattbike.
Alongside these lead M&A advisory engagements, Craig has experience of working with many other hospitality clients across the QSR, casual dining, travel, catering and pub and bar sectors.
