Marco is a seasoned transformation and restructuring expert guiding clients in large scale transformation, headcount restructuring, and M&A projects by providing readily implementable strategic, financial and operational advice for clients across industries.
He often assumes active leadership roles in his clients’ organization and takes over accountability to lead transformation programs from design to implementation. He regularly leads negotiations with co-determination bodies such as works councils and trade unions. He has extensive experience in financial planning, cash management, performance management, simplifying organizational structures and steering large company-wide transformation projects with diverse stakeholders.
He was formerly a manager at EY-Parthenon in Munich and New York. Prior to this, Marco worked in Corporate & Investment Banking for a renowned multi-national bank.
