During the course of approximately 20 years of gaining hands-on experience in consulting, Kyota supported companies across a wide range of industries—including retail, consumer goods, travel, transportation, manufacturing, and financial services—in driving fundamental improvements in business performance and enhancing corporate value.
Kyota brings extensive experience in delivering tangible results by working closely with senior management and chief experience officers to develop actionable strategies and policies, by deriving insights through quantitative analysis, by motivating organizational change, and by actively steering initiatives and making timely course corrections to ensure positive impact. Previously, he was a managing director in the strategy group of Accenture’s business consulting division, where he led the Japan retail and consumer goods practices.
Kyota has a master’s degree in physics and applied physics from Waseda University.
