He specializes in Software, Technology & Tech Services, and Consumer Goods, providing insights on operational improvement, organizational design, post-merger integration, divestitures, FP&A, and third-party spend optimization.
He has deep expertise leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across back-office functions, product development and R&D, business operations, customer success, and procurement.
Alex earned his bachelor's degree from the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, and holds an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, Austin.
