With more than 10 years of experience in people and organizational performance across consulting and interim management roles, she leads complex transformations by aligning cost optimization, organizational rightsizing, and target operating model redesign with transformational leadership capabilities and value-focused people strategies.

Madeleine has a doctorate in management and corporate governance from Technical University of Munich (TUM). She is a member of the Berlin Institute for Governance and Leadership and a certified change manager. In addition to serving as a lecturer of topics in business and AI ethics at TUM, she has published extensively.
