Isaiah brings a wealth of experience in the private and public sectors navigating complex issues at the nexus of business, technology, and national security.

Prior to joining AlixPartners, he served as acting deputy director in the US Department of the Treasury’s Office of Investment Security, overseeing compliance with Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) mitigation agreements. Isaiah played a key role in shaping and maturing Treasury’s CFIUS monitoring and enforcement functions, leading complex investigations and implementing strategic plans to identify and mitigate national security risks.

He received several awards during his government service, including the Secretary Honors Award. Before joining Treasury, he was with a global consulting firm, assisting US government and financial services clients on data privacy issues, and he practiced law in the United States, Turkey, and France.​

Isaiah has a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.​
