With seven years of restructuring experience, he has delivered EBITDA and cash improvements, led liquidity management and integrated business planning, and developed and executed comprehensive turnaround strategies. He has executed M&A transactions and refinancing processes, frequently operating in interim management settings with full operational and financial accountability.
Lars studied in Frankfurt, Prague, and Houston and holds a Master of Science in Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
