Lily Wen is a Partner in the eDiscovery practice at AlixPartners and is based in Los Angeles.

Lily advises corporate counsel and their law firms on complex discovery, investigations, and litigation matters, bringing 20 years of hands-on leadership across the full EDRM—from legal hold and collection through processing, production, and case close. She has led hundreds of engagements, including multi-jurisdictional class actions with emerging data sources and large custodian sets, coordinating closely with outside counsel and client to deliver defensible processes, timely communication, and rigorous production validation. She is frequently engaged to design and stabilize discovery programs under regulatory scrutiny, compressed timelines, and heightened public visibility.

Lily is a frequent speaker and panelist on discovery, technology, and DEI topics—appearing at Relativity Fest and university programs—and has been recognized by the LA Times (leaders in eDiscovery/Technology), shortlisted for the Orange County Inspirational Women Leadership Awards, and named a finalist for the Relativity Innovation Awards.
