André Keller is a Partner at AlixPartners, based in Munich, and a member of the firm’s Aerospace & Defense practice. He brings more than 18 years of experience advising public and private sector organizations on strategy, transformation, and performance improvement across the aerospace, defense, and security industries.
André has led large‑scale transformation and M&A initiatives, designed operating models and organizational structures, and developed competitive product and digital strategies. His work frequently focuses on securing critical capabilities, strengthening resilient supply chains, and supporting cost‑efficient transformations, including footprint optimization and relocations.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, André was a Partner at Strategy& and previously held senior leadership roles at Airbus Defence & Space, where he spent nearly a decade in corporate management positions. His career spans Europe and the Middle East, contributing to a highly international and entrepreneurial mindset.
André holds an MBA from Hult International Business School, with academic exposure in the United States and China.
