His clients benefit from his significant expertise in performance restructuring and transformation and purchasing programs in several sectors such as the aerospace and defense, automotive, energy, and process industries. Before joining AlixPartners, Andrea was a manager with McKinsey & Company in Italy and a core member of the firm’s operations and purchasing practices for the Mediterranean region.
