Alessandro has more than 20 years of international industrial and consulting experience in large transformation, post-merger integration (PMI), value creation, restructuring and turnaround projects. He has developed expertise by working on clients' performance improvement and operational turnaround projects in the automotive, industrial goods, aerospace, infrastructure, real Estate and energy industries, focusing on Business planning, operations, manufacturing, purchasing, and supply chain themes. Alessandro has worked in both Europe and the Middle East and is currently based in Dubai.
Alessabdro is serving major PE, Sovereign Wealth funds, Family holdings and the Pribvate Sector in Saudi Arabia on major value creation and transformation programs, with a focus on the industrial sector Development.
Before joining AlixPartners, he was with a major international industrial goods company, performing operations and supply chain improvement projects across the group's European subsidiaries.
Alessandro has an MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management and an industrial engineering degree from Polytechnic of Milan.
