He has led EBITDA improvement programs across a range of functional areas, including pricing effectiveness, customer and product profitability, sourcing, labor optimization, and organizational transformation. And he's a widely sought expert on food and restaurant merger integration and synergy execution assignments. Andrew leads proprietary consumer research and regularly develops thought-leadership white papers on industry trends, which have been profiled in numerous news publications and outlets. Prior to AlixPartners, he was a director at an investment banking group focusing on consumer, food, and retail industries.
Andrew has an MBA in finance, strategy, and marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
