Bill has nearly 40 years of industry and consulting experience primarily in the energy and process industries. He has worked extensively across the energy value chain, including in upstream oil & gas, oil field services and equipment, and the midstream. He also has extensive experience serving branch-based industrial services companies.

Bill specializes in growth strategy development, organizational and operating model redesign, and profitability improvement via operational and SG&A cost reduction. Clients also benefit from his extensive experience in M&A advisory work including developing M&A strategy and driving pre and post-merger integration projects.

He has served in both interim CEO and COO positions for clients in turnaround situations. He began his career as an operations engineer in the oil & gas industry and leads the Firm's upstream sector.
