Bruce specializes in helping companies improve or transform IT organizations and cost structures, plan and execute IT/Digital strategies, select/implement/remediate application software, plan and execute merger integration and carve-out programs, and optimize SG&A costs.
He has more than 35 years of consulting experience, working with small US and large global corporations, and he spent several years living and working in Europe. He has served retailers, distributors, industrial and consumer products manufacturers, business services, and software companies.
Prior to AlixPartners, Bruce was a partner at Ernst & Young and McKinsey & Company after starting his career at Andersen Consulting/Accenture.
