Brett brings over 24 years of experience in information technology support, consulting, and computer forensic science to his senior role with the firm’s eDiscovery and Digital Forensics practice.
As the US Digital Forensics team leader at AlixPartners, Brett focuses on the forensic collection and analysis of digital evidence in a wide range of disputes including investigations, litigations, and government inquiries.
Brett regularly advises outside counsel and key business and information technology stakeholders concerning best practices and defensible forensic collection of ESI from a wide variety of sources, including custodial devices, enterprise systems, and cloud platforms. He works closely with his clients to develop preservation and collection strategies that align with each project’s timelines and objectives.
Brett has deep experience with numerous forensic technologies and is a licensed private investigator in the State of Texas, also providing expert services related to IT and forensics matters.
