Claudio has 20 years of professional experience, dedicated mainly to leading turnaround, cost excellence, performance improvement, and growth strategy programs in the industrial goods and telecom and media industries, with cross-industry exposure to operations and organization. He has also been an industrial controller. Claudio joined AlixPartners from the Boston Consulting Group, where he led various transformation programs for both telecom and media players. Previous to that, he started an entrepreneurial venture in the investment sector and held senior positions at Booz Allen Hamilton (now part of PwC) and Value Partners.
