Charles leads clients through challenging situations by developing and implementing rapid and impactful improvement initiatives. He specializes in managing finance and treasury organizations, driving cost reductions, overseeing transaction management, and implementing contingency-planning strategies. He assists clients by collaboratively supporting management teams. Previously, he had roles in interim financial management, M&A and restructuring advisory services, and the negotiation of complex finance solutions for large and middle-market clients. Charles has a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. He is a certified public accountant, an active member of both the Association for Corporate Growth and the Turnaround Management Association, and a frequent speaker at industry events.
