SUMMARY
Christian has more than 20 years of professional experience in the fields of transaction advisory, business and asset valuation, and dispute advisory across a broad spectrum of industries, with a particular focus on the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) sector. He has advised large multinational corporations, midcap companies, and financial investors in M&A transactions and complex valuations. He was formerly a partner in BDO’s corporate finance practice and led the telecommunications sector group of BDO International as well as BDO’s TMT industry group in Germany.
Christian has a master’s degree in accounting, banking, corporate finance, and tax from the University of Regensburg. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (Charter holder).
