Christian has almost 15 years of consulting experience in the planning and execution of strategic and operational improvement programs as well as international large-scale transformations. He implements operational improvements across all areas of the supply chain, with particular focus on the aerospace and defense, automotive, and industrial goods industries. Prior to AlixPartners, he was senior manager in a leading international consulting firm within its supply chain management practice. Christian has a master's-equivalent degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Stuttgart in Germany. He is fluent in German, English, and Spanish and proficient in French.
