Chris is a global leader in our Org Transformation practice who has an unwavering passion for helping clients think through creative ways to get the most out of the people in their organizations.

With 20+ years of industry and consulting experience, Chris has developed an understanding of a broad set of common functions across businesses in different industries. This has given him a unique perspective on how to reshape the way those functions deliver services to ensure their internal/external customers are getting what they need, when they need it, in a pragmatic and cost-effective manner. He works closely with business leaders to understand their unique challenges and the drivers of those challenges to ensure the solutions we develop are pointed and situationally relevant.

Key Engagements:

  • Served as interim human resources leader and led merger-integration of two of the world’s largest ($6 billion combined gross revenue) business-to-consumer tech event companies through the COVID-19 pandemic and a challenging antitrust situation, keeping both companies solvent through labor and third-party spend reduction efforts and resulting in sustainable cost savings of 50%.
  • Led a scale-for-growth operating model and organizational design project for a private-equity-owned blockchain company; identified cost reduction levers that delivered 50% in cost reductions along with growth scaling factors to ensure that costs would scale in proportion with revenues as the company grew.
  • Delivered $40 million in IT savings for a $50-billion tech company focused on duplication elimination, best-cost migration, process improvement, and management-structure redesign.

Chris’s experience includes overall company operating model and org design as well as function-specific operating model and org design in many different use cases including scale-for-growth situations, merger integrations or carve-outs, large scale transformations and rapid cost out situations.
