Daniel is co-leading the AlixPartners AD&A Team in the DACH region. He specializes in providing hands-on strategic and operational transformation, focusing on the Aerospace and Defense Industry and Operations.
Daniel's career spans over 12 years of global business experience, encompassing consulting and industry roles. His expertise lies in holistic company transformations and efficiency improvements. He has successfully supported international clients in whole company transformations, delivering significant cost savings, led manufacturing, ramp-up, and supply chain improvement projects as well as footprint reorganizations, and has been instrumental in negotiations with social partners.
Prior to his current role, Daniel held key positions at renowned organizations. He was a Manager in the Operations department at Mars. He also worked at Porsche Consulting, where he was involved in operational performance improvement projects across multiple industries.
