Dan Ritter is a senior finance and business transformation expert with more than 25 years of financial management and accounting experience. Dan is a Certified Public Accountant who has worked in accounting firms, corporations, and as both a consultant and in finance roles at AlixPartners.
Dan’s experience spans many areas and includes the development and analysis of business plans and restructuring alternatives, transaction due diligence, cash forecasting, treasury management, financial accounting & reporting, working capital improvement, as well as providing financial transaction support and refinancing to global Fortune 500 companies. Dan has led domestic and international engagements where he has provided financial analysis of troubled companies, support in complex litigation matters, and forensic accounting, assisting companies through SEC investigations. His industry experience includes automotive, retail, manufacturing, professional service firms, technology, and restaurants. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Western Michigan University.
