Emanuele has over eight years of management consulting experience, working across a number of industries, with a focus on Industrial goods and Automotive. His competencies include cost reduction programs, initial assessment, PMO activities, implementation, direct materials and SG&A indirect costs. He also has experience in industrial plans development and organizational design. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he worked at Accenture in the Management Consulting division where he contributed to the launch of the digital advertising internal practice. In his early career, he worked as a researcher for Fondazione Politecnico di Milano, conducting research in the USA on critical success factors for e-government projects.
