SUMMARY
Fraser has 20 years’ experience working with boards and senior management teams, as well as their respective investors, creditors and other stakeholders, assisting them in resolving the complex challenges they face often during times of distress. Fraser takes a hands-on and pragmatic approach to situations in an advisory or executive capacity, having taken on several interim management and board roles. Outside the UK, he has worked extensively in Germany, the Netherlands and Iceland and has significant experience in real estate with several long-term Value Delivery assignments in this sector. Fraser has a BSc in Accounting & Financial Management and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales. He joined AlixPartners after the acquisition of THM Partners, a UK-based restructuring boutique, where he served as a Partner and Head of the UK business.
