Florent is a consultant graduated from Arts & Métiers ParisTech engineering school with experience in audit and consulting. He was Internal Auditor Team Leader at Renault Group prior to join AlixPartners.
Florent performed more than 20 projects at AlixPartners, with an expertise in Automotive & Industrials.
He conducted projects for Automotive players focused in production ramp-up, performance improvement in engineering, manufacturing and supply chain, project & program rescue, and cost reduction.
At Renault Group, he led assignments to assess risks and efficiency of processes, projects and organizations, with a focus on Engineering and Manufacturing & Supply Chain activities.
Florent is a pragmatic problem-solver and has performed projects across Europe, Middle-East, US, South & Central America, India and Maghreb.
