Gary Gutzler

Gary has more than 20 years of experience in consulting on complex financial and accounting matters involving intellectual property infringement, breach of contract, antitrust, and valuation, with clients in such industries as software; hardware; aviation; consumer, industrial, and medical products; energy; and professional services. He has been retained as an expert in both litigation and consulting matters, and his clients benefit from his expert testimony and consulting work in the areas of lost profits, reasonable royalties, disgorgement of defendant's profits, rates and fees, and other types of damages. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was with LECG, PwC, and Peterson Consulting. Gary has an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
