Greg has over 25 years of consulting and industry experience. His clients benefit from his expertise in turnaround initiatives focused on M&A, operations improvement, cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and strategic planning. Greg has worked extensively with global high-tech and private-equity clients on a variety of strategic and operational initiatives to deliver value across the business.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Greg was a director at Archstone Consulting in the firm’s strategy and operations practice, where he led projects that consistently achieved significant financial benefits for his clients. He also previously held multiple product development and engineering positions at Ford Motor Company.
Greg has an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan. He published his perspectives on lean manufacturing, including the article “Before the Wrenches Turn” in Reliable Plant magazine.?
