SUMMARY
Gareth has 18 years of real estate restructuring and advisory experience in advising creditors, investors, and corporates across debt and equity markets in the UK and Europe.
His experience spans the areas of financial restructuring, workout and turnaround, corporate finance, crisis stabilization, equity research, and capital raising.
He joined AlixPartners from fintech-enabled real estate lender OakNorth Bank, where he helped build the real estate workout and restructuring team. Gareth was also a real estate equity analyst at Citigroup and Liberum Capital.
He began his career at FTI, focused on liquidity management, business planning, strategic planning, due diligence, options analysis, contingency planning and financial restructuring, spending 12 months seconded to RBS's Real Estate Restructuring team.
Gareth has Master of Science in real estate finance and investment from the University of the West of England. He is a Chartered Accountant.
