SUMMARY
Heather has over 12 years of experience in providing financial, valuation, and dispute consulting services at domestic and international courts and arbitrations. She has supported complex litigation matters involving shareholder disputes, appraisal rights, breaches of contract, preference and fraudulent- conveyance actions, property tax matters, and other commercial and economic damages analyses. Prior to joining AlixPartners, she was with Houlihan Lokey and Duff & Phelps.
Heather has a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and business honors from the University of Texas at Austin. She is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers and a Certified Fraud Examiner.
